Dark Luxe ADU
Designed as a private haven for the owner, this ADU/guest house offers a warm, transitional contrast to the modern style of the main home. Sue Subbotin Interiors created a comfortable and inviting retreat with a sophisticated, layered palette.
Elizabeth Aikens custom rugs ground both the living room and bedroom, while black Phillip Jeffries wallpaper, black bathroom tile, and black kitchen cabinetry create a cohesive sense of drama throughout the space. Rich textures and deep tones add warmth and depth without sacrificing comfort.
The result is an intimate, welcoming retreat that feels equally suited for the owner or overnight guests.
